Have not received my jewellery order placed on 30-1-25. Have contacted via email and website three times and no response or contact from anybody. Was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter - very disappointed, frustrated and annoyed - and probably out of pocket!!

I bought my first Chuchka bag about 2 years ago. The style and size is what I was drawn to initially, but when I started using it, my love for this bag really started! It's comfortable (with only one strap which I wear across body), it's lightweight, just the right length, durable, affordable, versatile and washable. I just ordered my second bag and can't find a similar product that lives up to the Chuchka standard, so it's Chuchka all the way for me! I may just be looking at a 3rd purchase right now :)

I purchased two of the duffle bags for use on weekend/holiday and camping trips - the quality is incredible and the bag has well thought out internal compartments. Very spacious bag but still a compact look which I love!!
