This dress turns heads, women and men alike. :) Exquisitely feminine, truly does make every body shape look fabulous. The fabric is light with a raised dot design and pretty little blue flowers, there is a reason why this print is so popular (sea spray). I bought petite size medium first, as this is the size I usually wear with other dresses, but after I tried on petite small I found that small was a lot more flattering on my frame. For reference I'm 5'1' and weigh 138 pounds, with a 36B cup. I'm smaller on top and widest at hips. Size small is not tight on me, it is just right, not too much gap around my chest area, and the skirt part is nice and breezy. Honestly, it looks on me very much like it does on the model for petites. I love it so much. A woman at church stopped me to say that I looked like a fairy as my dress was flowing around me as I moved. :)
