Beautiful soft and fluffy towels. So lovely to wrap yourself in to after a nice warm shower.

Delivery could have been faster but everything else is fab

I have Christy towels going back to when i brought my first flat (in 1987) and they are still thick and soft. No matter what the latest trend in towels are ( and i have tried a few) you cannot beat the quality of Christy

I’m really disappointed with Christy’s towels. I bought a few in different colours and the quality was awful. Threads started pulling after one use, even before they were washed. One towel arrived with threads already running straight out of the package. I expected something much better, especially from a brand that presents itself as premium. The worst part was the customer service. I had just missed the Amazon return window by a couple of days, so I contacted Christy directly. They ignored my emails and my calls. When I finally got through, they said they would arrange a collection. That never happened and they closed the support ticket, leaving me completely stuck with faulty towels. They are also ignoring my emails. I will never buy from them again. Avoid if you can. I found much better towels at a fraction of the price from The Range, and the quality was miles ahead of what I received from Christy.

I ordered two facecloths. I paid £4. 95 for delivery. I wasn’t in when they attempted delivery. It was a small package but they didn’t put it through my letter box and the didn’t attempt a second delivery which is common practice. They left a note saying it had gone to the post office. I went to the post office and it wasn’t there. I called Christy, it isn’t easy to get through and I spoke to a very nice man and they resent the items. I was able to ask for DPD to leave the items in a safe place if it didn’t fit in the letterbox. It would have gone in my letterbox but they just left it on the doorstep for anyone to take. All in all I spent ages sorting this out, going tthe post office etc etc. very very unsatisfactory. I won’t buy from Christy again. They need to improve their delivery service.
