To Whom It May Concern, I have used your brushes and combs for years and specifically use them for our poodles and love them. Decided to try the Ice On Ice dematting conditioner and love that as well. Then thought I'd give the Ice On Ice shampoo and conditioner a try as well and picked those up at the Superzoo Convention in Vegas. What a difference it made with my personal standard poodles. It's a little pricey to use on my clients dogs and mine seem to get a little neglected because of the others I take care of. Buying something special for them makes me feel a little better. Had a problem with the 1st delivery and never received it. This community can be a little confusing to delivery drivers but for the most part most homeowners are good about getting deliveries to the right house. As of today I have never received the 1st delivery. I appreciate the response to my delima and received the replacement in excellent time. Thank you for your quick response.
