Replacing an older comb, that is the same. The quality has definitely diminished. Wish it was closer to the old one still a very nice comb, however

One of the Royale sprays came with a broken sprayer. CC replaced the sprayer at no charge but it took a couple of emails to get the transaction completed.

Everything went well and delivered on time. And Fenway's tangle are much easier to get rid off. Thank you,

I’ve tried a number of brushes on my long haired mini Aussie over the years and she’s never tolerated a slicker brush. She barely tolerated the use of a furminator for a long time but I stopped using it when I accidentally cut my hand with it and realized how harsh it must feel on her skin. This Big G slicker is different. It’s gentle on her fur and doesn’t scratch her skin. She actually doesn’t mind being brushed now!

Great service. Products recommended are not good on a Shih Tzu coat. Don’t use ice on ice. It’s way too heavy
