Thought I loved the brushes because they worked so well at first. However, I've only had them just over one month and the rubber pad with pins is falling out of the frame on both. I feel this is unacceptable for the price paid for each brush.

I sent email for a timeline on when the covers would come back in stock. Have not heard yet :-( Brush is terrific though!

Love the products and currently use them exclusively but becoming increasingly frustrated at lack of stock and in larger sizes than 2oz bottles of the finishing rinse in particular. This has been a struggle for my business for the last 6 months and it’s a shame as our cat clientele is exploding!!
