Great service and products

My groomer recommended this brush as I was struggling to keep my cavapoos curly hair maintained in between grooming. It's an absolute game changer. My old brush had sharp bristles that actually stabbed me once & drew blood. This brush does a much better job without the fear of hurting my dog. She looks better after using this brush. Grateful my groomer shared this brush with me & I am one happy dog momma now! Highly recommend! Got the big one & little one & use both on my cavapoo & chocolate lab. If you have a dog this brush needs to be in your hands. . . it works extremely well. Don't let the price steer you away. . . it is totally worth it!

Great slicker. My dog is not a fan, but since it is so large- I can cover a great amount of body in a short amount of time.

I love the products, but my last shipment that included the ready-to-use ice on ice detangling spray didn't come with a spray nozzle. When I reached out to customer service, I didn't hear back.

Long, curved prongs are efficient on removing hair. Comfortable handle. Good size. Hard to clean all hair out of the brush.

I love your products. I have an old english sheepdog, in full coat. Clean Start product works great for initial wash. I follow with White on White for his face. Clean Starts results in very easy brushing. I have a black and tan long hair dachshund. I am planing to try black on black on him, need to purchase the shampoo

2 of 4 sprayers didn’t work. Luna out of pin brush by the 4th use. I’ve emailed Dan’s called over two weeks no response at all.

I received items quickly. emailed with a question. received a generic email that I'd get a reply in 24-48 hours. It's 8+ days and still no reply. Truly wanting to use your products. Just not getting off to a good start.

Should be included with the gallon size purchases!!!!

While there was a piece of electrical tape around the bottle cap, it must have been shipped upside down and leaked. I don't know that electrical tape was the best choice for securing the lid. Aside from that, Fed Ex is horrible for package handling. They throw the packages out of the truck toward the end of a driveway and leave it there. When I realize a business uses Fed Ex, I will no longer do business with them. My rating is based on a leaking container and horrible delivery service. The product itself if a good product at a fair price.
