The service advisor absolutely nailed it. Spectacular. The only issue was that it appears to take them a few days to get your package to the post office. They are still my go to place for parts and service.

The coffee was great but you sent whole beans when I specified grounds not whole beans.

Chris coffee is the best. They sell only high-quality coffee, espresso machines, coffee grinders and accessories. They have great customer service. I’ve had an espresso machine of theirs for over 20 years. They have been rare Repair needs. Usually they can walk you through the repair and they are very accessible. You make a phone call, someone answers, and you get transferred to the right person within a couple of minutes. How rare is this today? Anyone that needs or wants an espresso machine or great coffee equipment should be buying from Chris coffee. They back up everything and are available for any help you need.
