A competitor would provide absolutely no support for spare parts, nor answer any questions. Chris's staff are the opposite. I asked for measurements from a heating coil and the tech went to the warehouse, measured the part, and called me back with the details. This is not the first time I've been amazed at the time and effort expended by the technical customer service staff.

I purchased an espresso machine from ChrisCoffee in 2007, and have sought their help with service several times since. Every time, including a few weeks ago, they have been amazing! They are efficient and extremely helpful. I wouldn't buy a machine (or try to service it) anywhere else. They gave me advice to allow me to fix it at home instead of shipping it in, and only charged me for the replacement parts necessary for the repair. My machine is rocking along again, now passed down to my daughter for many more scrumptious lattes.

I sent a machine in for evaluation and possible repair. Unfortunately it was damaged during shipping and was determined to be a total loss. The technician took excellent pictures of the damage which I submitted for my successful claim with the shipping company. A new machine was promptly sent and they even gave me a good discount.
