I will never order from this company again. I am now waiting 13 days on my parcel that is very important to my family for Christmas. I have sent countless emails and get pushed between the company and their choice of COURRIER DPD- that says enough. My parcel is missing, ChloBo are delaying sending another- I understand but don't use a courrier company where staff steal their items.
