Amazing customer service. I asked my Grandson to order an initial M necklace as he hasn’t shopped with Chlobo before and would get a discount for his first order. The necklace arrived and when I opened it had the initial A. I rang customer services and spoke to Ian and explained that the wrong initial had been ordered and it was for a 21st birthday present the next day. Ian reassured me that he would get a replacement necklace the following day and arrange a connection for the wrong necklace. Ian literally saved the day for me and I can’t thank him enough. I told friends at the party about the amazing service. The jewellery is beautiful and the young lady who received the gift was over the moon
