We live in the mountains far from a liquor store. I don't recall how I found Chips online, but they are my go-to liquor store -- and they are a state away?! Products readily available and good prices. Great convince.

Chips is my go to spot for unusual products. I had Drapo vermouth at a Chicago bar but no liquor store here had it. Chips did. Then I read a cocktail recipe that called for apricot eau de vie. Only place that had it was Chips. Great prices and efficient delivery

We have been ordering assorted spirits from chips for the last three years. They always have hard to find spirits at a very reasonable price. They’ve gone out of their way to see that our product arrives on time. I would highly recommend them.

I have been ordering 1/2 or full cases of Bauer's Obstler for several years. The Obstler is terrific, but I recently ordered 12 bottles and never received it. Chips never answers the phone and wasn't responsive to the problem via email either. I ended up canceling my Visa payment. So disappointed not to be able enjoy the Obstler

It took a while to receive my shipment and when I did, it was not the gin I ordered. I contacted support multiple times with no response. I was actually considering calling my credit card company and disputing the charges. I finally got a response and after several additional followup emails, they did process a refund, but did not answer my question about returning the gin I did receive, or actually providing the gin I ordered. I have sent multiple emails asking about what to do with the gin I received with zero response. I could assume that I could just keep it or give it away, but then if they get around to getting me a return label, I could end up having to pay for gin I did not want. I still do not have the gin I actually ordered.

Placed two orders. First order never shipped on time to make the promised date. Sent emails and was promised immediate next day shipment. Nothing happened. Tried multiple times to contact Chips through both phone calls and emails. Finally filed complaints with the credit card companies used for both orders and asked for a refund. They finally shipped both orders and refunded shipment on one of the orders. Meanwhile, I placed an order with "ShopWineDirect and they shipped the order the next morning and I got it a couple days later, and ahead of the Chips order that I had placed over two weeks prior. Will never do business with Chips again. A 1-Star business, but I added a star because of Shipment cost refund and selection. ShopWineDirect is WAY better.

Best French Brandy out there, especially for this price!

I ordered 2 cask strength Waitsburg Oola Bourbon bottles, but received the regular 94 proof bottles. Chips Liquor was unable to obtain the cask strength from the supplier. They made good on the purchase. The 94 proof is a great bourbon, but the cask strength is better. They will notify me when they obtain a shipment.

On my very first order I received 3 bottles, however one was broken. One e latter and the cost was refunded in full and the problem was taken care of. I like being taken care of fast and properly. I'll be back !

Ordered six bootles for a raffle even 3 weeks prior to event received 4 days after event. Shipping and communication of when it will arrive needs to be better, but do arrive and will be drank.

You are one of the very few who carry great (not overpriced) Martinique Rhum!! I have bought from you many times and plan to continue doing so. My only complaint is, you moved over to UPS as your forwarder. And my experiences with UPS, particularly with you, are dismal!! Suggest you offer an alternative. I would pay $10-$20 more for FedEx if need be.

Was very impressed by the selection at chips liquor, they have a lot of stuff that I have never seen in the stores where I live. Very fast shipping and the bottles were very well protected. Outstanding. !

I purchase Christmas gifts through Chips, they offered the option of wrapping and sending a note/card with the gift. The gifts were not wrapped and the note was printed out on a uline sticky note. Just really cheap and very false advertising on upcharging someone for $15 to give such poor service. Disappointing.

Amazing selection, I mail order comes right to my front door. I have trouble finding certain mezcals in my locale, Chips has them or quickly gets them. Anything I want they have. Shipping is respectfully timely, and the packaging is proving effective. I will continue ordering from chips liquor. Thanks chips!
