Excellent and comfortable

Loop on the back of the boot ripped when trying them on. I reached out to customer service, and they said a new pair would be sent out to replace the damaged boot. It's been a week, and I haven't heard anything or am able to get customer service to respond regarding the replacement pair.

Romeo style is my favorite. It is well made and long lasting. Shipping and service has been consistently good. Fits well. My only recommendation is to make the black Romeo in a W width.

The help over the phone and recommendations were great. The rush shipping didn't arrive on time and I had to get another team member to bring the boots to me in Peru. . . but I can hardly fault Chinook for that.

The main thing is the boot is a great boot. Doesn't weigh too much, very well made. Perfect materials, but not made in the USA, one reason I bought them was for that one factor. Another thing, my girlfriend wants a pair because good work boots are hard to find for women. She wanted this particular boot in a women's 7 1/2. Is that possible? But the boot is holding up so far to the logging yards ! That's saying something. Steven D. Arkansas, USA

Had to exchange first pair because of size but prepaid for that, expected it. Processed order and exchange quickly, no problems. Will definitely use Chinook for next pair.

So far i am very impressed with my boots i have noticed on my left boot close to the composite toe there is a secrion of stiching that has a loop like it is loose but i really love the comfort and support these boots provide, The boots only took one or 2 days to break in and i absolutely Love them so far. . . may contact customer service just to let them know about the stitching but no other complaints from me, I would highly recommend these boots, i work in a shop that services large city buses and i am on the ground,in the dirt,pavement,water,sand, and nothing has breached my boots yet! shipping was fast price was great!
