I was hoping to find something that would help me sleep through the night and that was not some chemical sleeping pill. Chill Frog CBD is good for getting me to sleep relatively quickly but I still wake up at 2 - 3 am and can't go back to sleep. So my search continues.

The ZZZ gummies for sleep work Great for me. My daughter appreciates the higher mg liquid. (chronic pain). We both appreciate the full spectrum. I frequently take a regular gummie during the day to take the edge off.
