Good: The coop’s design is functionally good. safe for chickens, easy to clean, and convenient for collecting eggs. It also looks cute, and shipping was very fast. Bad: The wood quality is poor, and the installation instructions were unclear.

Initial order was lost somewhere. I called and inquired about the order and the person I talked to was so professional, and immediately sent out a new one! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESPONSE!

We really love our chicken coop! It was so easy to put together, instructions were awesome, and it is built much better than other coops we have seen and tried. . this company really puts their heart into making these things and make them user friendly. . totally worth it and we would buy from them again

The product is great, very sturdy, weatherproof and a very attractive addition to our yard. Originally I ordered a 3 foot tall run which is very difficult stand up in to clean. In order to add height I had to purchase an entire 3 foot run. I could not purchase individual panels and now have useless extra panels.

The plexiglass screen covers are perfect. They’ll keep the snow out and your chickens safe. Peace of mind.
