We were very pleased with the quality of the art deco table lamp that we ordered. The only disappointment was that it took two weeks to be delivered to our home in Hobart.

We found & purchased online our beautiful lead-light lamp. I chatted online to ask questions. A week later we had it sitting in the living room. We are delighted with the product.Thank you. The only tiny issue was it took five working days to ship. (one day delivery though in the end.)

I am very happy to have received my new lamp, it was ordered to replace a broken one. I did write to Jon and requested that if possible I would like an alternative colour shade. He assured me that this could be done. It wasn't ....I heard no more from him. I am still interested in another shade. Is this possible? I was happy with the time that the delivery took, the packaging and the fact that I was kept up to date on the delivery progress.

I bought two beautiful artichoke pendants for our stairwell as part of a renovation; I got them for nearly half the price of other retailers (same product) & they are just beautiful. I have recently purchased a Belle Large Crystal Pendant Light and two Francis Glass Shade Brass Wall Lamps from Chic Chandeliers and can fault neither the lights nor the service. I absolutely love the Belle Chandelier - stunning and classic, but a little bit different - which will look amazing in the 'void' of our new home, and the Francis lights will perfectly light our staircase.
