Initially the wrong light was sent but that was easily fixed with a phone call. I let them know, they ordered the correct one for me and got it on its way so I wasn't held up and then organised to get someone to come and get the incorrect light and bring it back. Great company to deal with and beautiful products. I would definitely recommend and will be using them again, no doubt.

I chose to purchase my lights form Chic Chandeliers because I found wonderful design options on their web sight, but even better was the price, and excellent customer service (I had to change a size after I had finalised the transaction on line, and no drama, they altered it and charged me accordingly) and prompt delivery of goods as ordered. The lamp looks better than it looked on the net. Absolutely love it. I was a bit concerned while waiting for delivery as there was no contact as to where my goods were. I sent emails & tried to call but had to leave a message, but nobody returned my calls. Maybe a tracking number would be a good idea. Other than that I am very pleased with my lamp.
