Initially I was skeptical because I waited quite a while for my order. HOWEVER when the product arrived I was over the moon. The quality of the garment is exceptional, the material high quality, and the workmanship outstanding. It even came in a lovely reusable cloth bag which is an additional unexpected luxury. I will definitely order from the store again and have already told friends about the good quality clothes that can be found there.

Administratively: great pre-sale service delivery as promised. But very poor and unprofessional after sale service. I'm sitting with a beautiful garment that is too big for me and unable to return it because Chepa does not get back to me after my initial contact and explanation of the problem. I keep sending them messages, but silence.

Good quality fabric but the measurements are a bit off. I took exact measurements. It fitted everywhere but didn’t close over my chest. Decided to keep it because a bigger size would have looked frumpy on the waist. Quick delivery. Thanks!
