The Product is great and exactly what was expected. Service was Excellent, given that I had placed my order in December it was too quiet regarding the delivery of my order however when I called in the lady assisting me was friendly and had great customer service skills. I placed an order 29 Nov. Delivered on 9 Dec, wrong size. I notified the shop. It was resolved by sending the correct size that is badly torn! I was promised that they will send a courier to pick up the torn pants. Even today 17 Dec, no pick up no communication.

Shirt is nice however you deliver late. If someone is in Gauteng, delivery should not take more than 5 days. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from Chepa again. They delay delivery to force you to come collect yourself and lose the delivery fee.
