I absolutely love my kamino top delivered in the most beautiful bag. Have had compliments whenever I wear it. Great quality & so worth paying for clothing that is so unique.

I am still waiting for a response regarding a return I requested because the outfit was made using damaged material - and was patched.

I have never had any issues with buying or even receiving the parcel. All was good

Comfortable fabric and friendly service

Worst experienced i have ever had with online purchases. I even reverted to a refund as the product (skirt) was never received. So disappointed as I already saw myself rocking that skirt :(

I am incredibly happy with the service I have received from Chepa. It was so easy to request an exchange for my item which I needed in a smaller size. The communication was clear and I received my replacement item within the indicated time. The quality of my garment is exceptional. I will definitely order again from Chepa. Thank you Chepa!

Thank you for a great experience. From the first click all the way to the speedy delivery. Your service was excellent and the skirt I purchased is absolutely beautiful!!

Unresponsive team.

Order not received in time. No communication

Best quality material. Excellent communication methods with continuous prompt updates on product making and delivery expectations.

Good service,I definetly will buy again

The Product is great and exactly what was expected. Service was Excellent, given that I had placed my order in December it was too quiet regarding the delivery of my order however when I called in the lady assisting me was friendly and had great customer service skills. She further ensured that my order got delivered in no time after the call. The packaging of the product was also top notch. Keep it up.
