I placed an order 29 Nov. Delivered on 9 Dec, wrong size. I notified the shop. It was resolved by sending the correct size that is badly torn! I was promised that they will send a courier to pick up the torn pants. Even today 17 Dec, no pick up no communication.

Shirt is nice however you deliver late. If someone is in Gauteng, delivery should not take more than 5 days. I don’t think I’ll ever buy from Chepa again. They delay delivery to force you to come collect yourself and lose the delivery fee.

My trouser arrived after at least two notices of delay from expected delivery date. To add insult to an injury, it didn’t fit, with all the logistics involved with Chepa Streetwear, I still have it and without a plan. So sad.
