I received the order of ID collars promptly but one of them was not the colour I ordered. This was quickly remedied and we are all very happy with the collars. They are exactly as shown on website.

It’s taken me a while to write this because I wanted to see how the bed stood up to daily use. Two months in and it’s great - in that our dog absolutely loves it. It’s also a great colour and wonderfully soft. We’ll worth it

We received Pumpkin's collar and lead so quickly, we were really pleased with the speed and efficiency that our order was dealt with. We do not even have Pumpkin yet as she is an overseas rescue but we need the equipment on hand for when she arrives. I will be ordering a matching harness as soon as she reaches her new life and we can measure her up for the correct fit. Thank you!

Web site ok communication poor product is doing the job but the leather is very hard and the padding on the handle not so good. Price is high for what it is. The spring loaded catch had to be lubricated before use would I recommend it no.

I ordered two personalised items both of which I am highly delighted. A towel for my daughters new puppy is of great quality and softness just perfect for puppy’s delicate skin. I also ordered a personalised ‘footed’ bowl for my puppy which is fantastic I love it, if you are thinking of buying one you will not be disappointed. Customer service on the ball answered any queries I may have had promptly. Lastly both items were packaged securely.

I purchased a dog Xmas jumper. Using the item description with a measurement from neck to base (not tip) of tail I thought the jumper may be a bit big but thought I'd go with it. When it arrived it was way too small and the back leg hoops are nowhere near her back legs. I have a cocker spaniel and got a large but this would be better for a small jack Russell. Also I had no notification of dispatch which would have been helpful.

I haven’t received the items I ordered. I have sent an email and a voicemail message to enquire about it. I ordered on 1/12/22 and very much hope that the order arrives for Christmas

The feeding station arrived promptly. I apprecaite it’s rustic but I was a little disappointed with the finish. The top planks of wood did not align at the edges and the whole appearance of the holder looked as if it had been slightly pushed out of line. Nice wood and personalisation, just a little more care needed on the finish
