I ordered a personalised dog bowl and a dog bed. The bed came very quickly and is lovely. The bowl arrived shortly after, very well packaged and it looks great. I’m really pleased with my purchases and I would definitely recommend Chelsea Dogs.

Lovely collar, will last for years - only replacing because the engraving was out of date. Speedy turnaround time especially considering there is personalisation involved. Super happy with this product.

Poor description of product. Personalised design dog bowls are not suitable for the dishwasher. This was not evident from the product description online. No ability to return as personalised. Very disappointing purchase.

Very surprised you are asking about our overall and delivery experience because even though we ordered over 17 days ago, we still haven’t received the dog collar we ordered as a Christmas present, which we obviously didn’t receive in time. Very disappointed in your service and wouldn’t order from you again. Hopefully you can help sort out why we haven’t received it, otherwise we will contact our credit card company to reclaim the cost.

Generally a good experience, had to return an item as the sizing was wrong which increased the cost . The finish of the petiquette collar and lead is good and was nice to choose a bespoke colour and style, unsure of how it will wear as feels more like a coated composite leather, would have been nice if a star was available on the matching lead. Customer service was good.
