Shipping is always quick. Like the sustainability of the products. As mentioned in the other part of the review, I found the balm to be wobbly in the tube and therefore harder to accurately apply. It felt like it was going to bend over if I applied pressure.

Shipping great. Not really a place for elders like me with white hair & 30 years into the 55+ range, in the review section, or in the products section for that matter. Wish more products would address genuinely older folk.

I ordered two lip balms, Maple and Berry. The berry was broken at the base and they are replacing it no problem. I love both colours. They are not heavy like a lipstick but light and creamy. I've been watching this company online for a while and am happy to find a product I like to support this indigenous Canadian company.
