It was easy to order, as a first time customer I read the product descriptions and uses prior to making a purchase, I enjoyed the videos demonstrating how to use the products, communication and shipping was quick. I received lots of updates on shipping and follow up emails inquiring about my thoughts on the products. I’m definitely receiving lots of follow up emails, but I don’t mind them. I’m also finding prices are reasonable and the company offers lots of sales.
