Shipping is quick however I hate that so much money is deducted for shipping when the item isn't what is expected, and you can only get a credit for the store- forcing to purchase other items you may not have wanted- then paying shipping again.

Good customer service but hate
Good customer service but hate that you don’t have a returns policy for change of mind. I had to buy a M and S due to reviews saying it’s a smaller fit and then had to organise return for the dress prior to buying so I would get a 100% refund. Glad it’s sorted through and Bianca was helpful with this.
