Amazing, quality alumni shirt.

I placed an order for three shirts, one was a pre-sale order. I was under the assumption that the other two would ship, as website listed they were in stock. I tried to contact their customer service to seek clarification, was told everything would ship when pre sale item shipped. In the almost 3 weeks between ordering and shipping, one of the other shirts sold out. No mention of this anywhere, no email, no adjusted total from Charlie hustle on website under my order information. The packing slip even had three shirts on it. I tried to contact ANYONE From Charlie Hustle for refund via email and website, no reply. Tried to call warehouse, voicemail full. I ended up disputing transaction thru my credit card. Absolutely atrocious at numerous points in online ordering process, but how can you have no customer service to speak of? For 35 dollars a t shirt that is INSANE. Will never buy Charlie hustle again. Almost a month later and still no mention of incorrect order. Laughable.

Too many e-mails asking for review. Besides that, my experience is always perfect with Charlie Hustle.

It took quite a while from the time that I ordered until I received the shipment. That was unusual considering it should have been ready and fine to ship. I was patiently waiting to wear my shirts to represent, but it would have been nice to know what the delay was about.
