Visited the store after looking at designs online. Was a bit disappointed that several online styles were not available in the plaza store, but we were able to find something and happy with the purchases. The store personnel were very friendly and welcoming.

I'm very unhappy with how my order was handled. My toddler accidentally ordered an expensive PLAIN T-shirt, I emailed and submitted an inquiry 12 minutes after the order was placed and asked to CANCEL my order and provided order #. It took someone TWO days to get back to me, and then my order has already shipped so they said I can return it when it comes in. I returned it in store and they deducted $9 in shipping. Very frustrated with how long it took customer service to get back with me and cost me a trip to the store and down $9.

Love Charlie Hustle. Every time I am in Kansas City I stop by the store on the Plaza. Please make more dog bow ties bc my pitbull is really cute in them!!!!
