The item was not the problem as it was exactly what we wanted, but misleading when it says free shipping and then charged $60 and calling customer service and explaining that and getting nowhere. Won’t order from this company again. Emmett

Great experience overall. Shipping was great I was notified about 30 minutes before delivery and he placed the pallet exactly where I asked. It's a large delivery but it was well packaged and comes fully assembled.

effecient and timely shipping

We bought a small Triadsville corner vanity - advertised with a "white marble top." The also described it as having a "white quartz top." When we received the vanity, the top had a very noticeable, 2" diameter black intrusion/discoloration spot. It looked awful. I contacted Chans and sent pictures. I asked for a replacement. Then started their litany of excuses and justifications for the top looking the way it did. Bottom line, they weren't going to do anything about it, and they haven't. We ditched the vanity and bought another vanity from a local dealer. Chans website promises satisfaction, but instead of replacing an obviously flawed product, they argued that "it was normal." The fact is, nowhere on the product description did it say anything but "white." And their pictures show pristine, white tops. So, just be forewarned, if your product arrives and isn't what you thought you were getting......good luck.

I purchased a vanity from Chans Furniture that within one month the drawer guide broke. I contacted customer service and the offered to send me longer nails and paint, of which has not been received. Poor workmanship. Poor customer service.
