I have been buying from Chagrin Valley Soap & Salve for at least five years now (it might be longer). I appreciate the quality of the products (good for environment, good for the body, natural, non-toxic, no junk), the thoughtfulness of the packaging (recyclable), the ease of ordering, the speed of delivery. I have never gotten something that I did not like. The shampoo is not overly scented so it feels refreshing but doesn't cling to you for the rest of the day. I cannot recommend this company strongly enough! The products are definitely worth the investment.

Wonderful products and service!

I have exclusively used their shampoo bars for over a year now. At first, i want sure if i liked it, having been used to the commercial shampoo and conditioners but very quickly my hair and scalp responded so well. I have a few favorites but do mix it up based upon changing conditions and the advice provided via their web site. Approaching 60 with healthy hair is awesome!

I LOVE the packaging! Happy with the glass bottles for ACV, the cardboard protector for shipping, the labels, everything! Shipping is prompt and everything is very well protected. I also like the accountability cards with the name of the packager (is that a word?), though I haven't had an issue where I'd need that. I do wish there were "soap holders" available for purchase. I'd totally get them, too! I also had free samples with my 1st purchase that were awesome for traveling. It was a great trial period for the small options. I like the natural ingredients and would not purchase otherwise. I have recommended and will continue to do so as long as the quality of the product remains good for humans and nature!

I ditched the bottled shampoo and face wash. I love the oil face cleanser and the shampoo bar. My hair feels soft and healthy and my skin is loving the cleanser. I use the vinegar rinse 1x a week and love it. I also bought the shampoo bar for my long haired pup and her hair is silky soft.

I bought the body lavender soap along with the shampoo lavender soap to great wonderful products leaving the skin and hair feeling wonderful smooth all natural. Just can’t get enough of these two bars of soap and shampoo.
