I initially ordered different wrist wraps, but was contacted and notified that they are actually out of stock. I was presented with several alternative options to choose from (refund/ different straps/ waiting for restock) and chose the straps that I got in the end. Communication was fast and to the point, delivery and packaging was good. Although it didn't bother me at all, I had to deduct one star from my rating because of the mistakes on the web store (items shown as being available while actually out of stock). I have encountered this issue multiple times.
