Shipping was a day late but snow did start coming down beforehand

Expected delivery date Nov. 29th. Actually arrived Dec 6th. But there was a storm in the north and tracking allowed me to see where the package was to determine it wasn't lost.

headgear fits on sides but front and back too much of a gap and NO way to adjust. . Total waste of $$$

Bad communication

The items came quickly, but I was extremely disappointed in the false advertising on the wax wood bo staff

Decent turn around from order to delivery, but the shoe size guide is way off. I wear an 11. 5 in Nike, and the size guide put my 10. 5" foot at a size 5. Didn't get past my toes. That has to be looked at and addressed
