First package was delivered with damage during the afternoon time frame. Century asked for a couple of pictures to document the damage, which took me less than 5 minutes to take and email to them. They confirmed receipt of the pics and processed a replacement shipment that afternoon, and sent out replacements the next morning. The replacement was no extra cost.
