The knowledgeable, helpful and courteous people from Cedarcide helped me by email and eventually by phone to deal with a stiff bottle spray top valve. Apparently, with that batch of bottle sprayers the valve wasn’t easily moved. They even made a video to help customers circumvent the problem until a new supply arrived with perfectly working valves. They replaced the bottle sprayer after I called back to let them know the original bottle sprayer was just too stiff for me to work with. I call that customer care! And you know what? At Cedarcide, AI stands for Amazing Individuals who know their amazing products and take good care of their customers.

I needed an organic spray to rid my yard of mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks so I tried Cedarcide. It had only been a few days so I am not sure if it did the job. I did not see the mosquitos today! I hope it works as my dog can’t take the meds for fleas and ticks. I like to use organic products.

I specifically bought Cedarcide for my daughters outside wedding because our property has a lot of trees and shrubs and we have a drainage ditch on the other side of it. The mosquitos were so bad this past summer and I was so worried that guests would be tortured by them all night. My daughter bought a bunch of cans of Off spray and I definitely didn't want people to have to use that so I bought the entire set of Cedarcide, spray, treatment and the granules. I sprayed everything down two weeks before and then I retreated everything 4 days before the wedding and put the granules down throughout the grass and did a little touch up inside the tent the night before the reception. The night of the reception there was not a single bug that I or any guests saw and no bees around the food or anything. No one had to use any of the sprays at all!! It was so incredible and I cannot say how highly I recommend Cedarcide for your next outdoor event!!

We have been buying Cedarcide for years. We especially like the Tickshield spray which can be used on pets and people and is safe. Love the how to guide on the website. Great company to support. So glad we found them.

WOW, just WOW!!! Cedarcide saved the day!! I was having a major flea problem this year and wanted to treat holistically to protect our pollinators and my pets. Their products do both! I will forever stand behind their products as I have seen them work!! And the customer service, another WOW. Just like the ole’ days, you get to speak to someone for as long as you need in order to get your questions answered. I recommend the products and the company by rating them a 10x’s a million!

Excellent product and company! A long time customer - don’t have to use Advantage or Frontline , this is way more effective against ticks and fleas. Love this!

My puppy dog will not let me spray this on her. I have to put it on a cotton pad and then rub it on her. I've been happy w/cedar oil before for my cat. The fleas are subsiding. She's not scratching all the time. :-)

One dose and all the ants were gone and have not come back.

I love Cedarcide. I have used it for years! I take it traveling with me to countries all over the world and it works great to keep malaria, mosquitoes, etc. at bay.

Bought for my husband. He’s often in high grass while clearing for his deer stands which winds up in itchy whelps. Since using Cedarcide, that is no longer a problem. Thanks!

I first used this product with a swing set that I inherited for my grandchildren from our neighbors. All the wood was black! I power washed it and then did research for a preservative. Since my little grandchildren were going to climb up and down the ladders and played on a platform etc. I wanted something non-toxic - which is how I found Cedarcide! I painted the platform and staircase leading up to it multiple times. The rest of the swingset maybe twice. The difference between the platform and staircase and the rest of the swingset is absolutely amazing! The part that I painted multiple times is now after about 9 years just a light gray, while the parts that I only painted maybe twice is between dark gray and black (probably only painted those once). So now last year (2024) I had a contractor clean my 2 decks and apply Cedarcide as a preservative. They applied one layer but said: this wood is thirsty, we need to come back and do this next year again. Long story short, it was late in the year already and so I waited all summer long to redo our decks - but it constantly rained in NE PA, and only now it is dry for longer spells. The contractor from last year had other commitments, so I decided to do this myself, again, the reason I chose to do this myself is because it is non-toxic! Both decks after going over twice still absorb lots and lots of the cedarcide. I will continue doing this until 'they' are satisfied . Another reason for using this company is their fantastic customer service! One shiipment was damaged and UPS discarded it. I called the company and they immediately issued a replacement and when I realized that I still needed more, they applied a 10% discount for my new order to compensate for the inconvenience by the delayed (damaged) second shipment!!! Where in the world do you get this kind of customer service these days anymore??? I also had such a nice conversation with their customer service rep. who I asked for some advice and he readily gave it to...
