good service amidst postal strike
During the Canada post strike, customer support reached out within a day of ordering and let me know my shipping options. Once I finally got the products they were perfect condition (eyeshadow wasn’t cracked, lipstick wasn’t frozen). The mystery box that I had added to my order was bit disappointing as it’s advertised as “$129 value” but I only received a $30 eyeshadow pallette (the pink one shown). That being said the pallette is very nice and I have been using it but still.

Shopping was super easy, and delivery was fast. I live in the UAE and there weren’t any delays at all. The product and brand selection is top notch. New fave online store for makeup since Cbeauty is my current fixation. 🥰

the quality of products was amazing! i spent enough to get a mystery box worth ~$80, and it more than exceeded that value. everything was so beautiful, and everything in the mystery package was fun and new to me, so i look forward to playing around with them all i got 3 of the cheeryep eyeshadow palettes, and all i can say is wow. the colors are so beautiful and pigmented. the package itself is very slim which makes it perfect for traveling i also got a small portable lipgloss palette - the colors are subtle but impactful and extremely shiny. playing around with different color combinations is fun! i will definitely buy more from the site :—)

I thought it was a mistery boz but it was just a gift
Last order I thought I was going to receive a istery box with 5 items as the website says but got only 1 item and Customer Service told me that was it. The items I bought are great and the delivery was super fast and fantastic, but that left a sour taste on my mouth

My palette arrived so secure and unbroken. They took great care with the packaging and shipping was good. The palette is beautiful and the color pigmentation is amazing. I will shopping with CBeauty again. Thank you
