Shipping is high and the subscription service needs refining, although it is easy to cancel at any time. I think it’s silly that the ‘processing’ email comes out seconds before the ‘completed’ email. It would be good to give a warning time frame so that edits could be made. I would also love to be able to add to a regular shipment (decreasing my shipping fees).

Everything will be happy for the wonderful coffee!

I bought whole bean for myself and ground for two other people. The coffee made from the whole bean tastes great. I imagine that the ground tastes just as good. As a suggestion, though, bags should be clearly marked to indicate whether the coffee inside is ground or whole bean. I made the mistake of giving whole bean to someone who should have gotten ground.

So far so good. I ordered a coffee for a friend on July 16th and then a few days later on July 18th I heard from them saying it will take 2 weeks for my order to come to me. Now it’s Aug.1st and they sent me for a review. I should be getting my order some time this week or next. They are will helpful.

Shipping and service was easy. Will order from them again.
