I've just received my first k-cup variety box. I have one per day (actually the 2nd cup I have as I go out for the first). So I decided on the French Roast yesterday and it was bad. Tasted like recycled coffee if you know what I mean. Today I had the Irish St. Patrick's roast and it was very good. Hence the overall rating of 3 stars. I'll keep you up to date on future cups.

As a newcomer to the world of home-brewed espresso drinks, I'm still experimenting with various blends and roasts. Suffice it to say, Catholic Coffee beans have resulted in some delicious lattes and other espresso drinks! Thus far, the St. Pio espresso blend and St. Theresa light roast get high marks! My son recently turned me on to the world of espresso making and stressed the importance of using fresh beans. I can say definitively that CC beans are extremely fresh and flavorful. St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Joseph and St. Drogo on order! Can't wait to try these out!

Enjoyable and makes my mornings even more sacred time!

Whilst shopping at a Catholic gift store, my family and I came across a display for Catholic Coffee. We purchased a sampling of the K-Cups and over the following week, we tried the different flavors. St. Thomas Honey Roast: made my entire kitchen smell like a coffee shop! Amazing aroma and tasty, with a nutty forward flavor! St. Padre Pio Espresso: my son’s favorite Saint and the coffee was superb. Excellent flavor! St. Therese’ of Lisieux Light Roast : my wife’s favorite so far! Even for a “light roast” still very flavorful. St. Michael Dark Roast: MY favorite so far! Rich, bold, packed with deliciousness and stands up to the small amount of unflavored creamer I use. We’re returning to that gift shop to purchase more and sample everything they offer! If I had one “suggestion”, it would be that y’all would offer an “A la carte’ “ option for purchase where I could choose the flavors and number that we wanted without having to buy 6 separate boxes of k-cups to accommodate everyone’s choices. Although my husband, Larry, and I have only tried three saintly coffees to this point, we want everyone to know how good these coffees are. Our favorite so far is St. Drogo. Oh my goodness! What a great coffee. This is a coffee we will definitely purchase again. Thank you!
