Shipping was expensive but needed it fast

Castcoverz made an ugly black boot a bit fun and fashionable. Customer Service was friendly and helpful during an exchange transaction.

Fast shipping

They didn't have the cover I wanted, but called within 24 hours to let me know. I did receive a different one very quickly. It's a bit big - I probably should have ordered a smaller size, but I have no complaints. I wish they would state on their website when everybody will be on vacation, and let customers know that some covers may not be available for 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, way better than waiting for 3 weeks for Amazon to ship it from China.

OMG! I LOVE these things — what a great idea! I broke my scaphoid and have to wear a cast for a few months so I purchased the waterproof one and a ‘fancy’ one. The waterproof one is a GAME CHANGER compared to the awkward one I bought from my Drs office that actually leaks if it's not sealed *just right*. I really like the ‘fancy’ one for when I’m out and about — I get so many compliments on it it’s crazy. I purchased both on a whim but I’m so glad I did. If you’re unfortunate enough to have a cast then you NEED CastCoverz! Hopefully I’ll be a 'one time customer' but it’s good to know they’re available if I need them.

I am using the covers for outdoor excursions. They keep my cast clean. I also ordered the covers that are for use in bed overnight. Makes sleeping so much more comfortable and keeps the bed sheets clean. Medium size for my short cast has been perfect.

Awesome, my daughter broke her arm a week before vacation, we tubed at the lake and hit the water park all with no problems!! A happy girl!!

Good selection

This cover works amazing for my 5 year old with a leg cast. It was delivered on time for our trip to Disney and he was super excited to get to swim. It worked perfectly for days of use so far.

I’m recovered & out of the boot

I ordered a custom size because the boot I was wearing didn’t match any of the “presets.” I measured my boot like 5x because the custom is double the cost, so I really wanted to make sure it was correct. I even had my mother in law help me because she sews a lot and knows what she’s doing! I received my order…it was way too big. My mother in law ended up altering it to make it fit. So I’m glad I ordered it because I needed it for my wedding, but I’m frustrated that it had to be altered anyways, despite measuring. I do think the measuring diagrams could be clearer, too; I think I messed up because I measured what I interpreted as needed versus what was actually necessary.

Doesn’t fit well

The couple of times I have contacted customer support they have been so helpful and friendly. I have ordered 3 cam boot socks due to I will be in a cam boot for an extended period of time. The socks look awesome and I have received so many compliments about them.

So glad I ordered this! I also used it inside my walking boot and it helped with the friction on my stitches.

Fits good, cute design and a great way to protect walking boot from dirt and dog hair.
