My new CastCoverz is exactly what I needed for my medical-grade Plantar Fasciitis Night Splint/Boot. The boot has several points of exposed velcro and buckles making it difficult to move around on the sheets, while also being abrasive to the sheets and my other foot. The CastCover is roomy and fits perfect. The soft material makes it easy to slide on the sheets and feels nice on my other foot. I provided the boot dimensions to the Customer Service team and they recommended the proper size. I had been looking for a suitable boot cover and CastCoverz did the trick. Worth every penny.

Unfortunately, the item I received did not match the pictures or the product description. I paid $25 expecting a full, weather-proof cast cover, but what I received was only a fabric cast sleeve. The photos make it appear that the cast is fully covered and protected, which was not the case. The idea is good, but I strongly suggest advertising the product more accurately so customers know exactly what they are purchasing. It is not suitable for wet conditions, and the four strips of double-sided tape that came with it were unclear in purpose or use. Overall, this was disappointing based on the expectations set by the listing.

I love my cover! It’s exactly what I was looking for. I have a wrist brace with Velcro straps and it’s helping keep them at bay and scratching everything. I ordered the size per the measurements (M-11” circumference) and it was too tight and making my wrist ache. The exchange was easy and only took a couple of days to arrive. I sized up to the L (13” circumference) and it’s much too large. I knew this would be the case when sizing up but it’s too long around my fingers so I have to tuck it all around. I’m ok with that, because it’s doing its job and looks really cool, but a 12” circumference (something between the M and the L) version for this type of brace as opposed to a plaster cast, would be PERFECT. What a great product. Thank you!

They kept my foot nice and warm

Fortunately I got out of my aircast/boot sooner than expected so I didn't use my cast cover. I contacted customer service for my return authorization. What a pleasurable experience. They really care about their customers and like to make them happy. I recommend this company to anyone who has the misfortune to need their products.

My questions were expertly answered by customer service, the product was fantastic and performed as promised, and the delivery and communication were fantastic.

This is my third time to wear a walking boot. I’ve worn cast covers each time and ALWAYS get questions and compliments. I’ve always joked that I should get a percentage of the business they get due to my advertising… LOL! I love the covers! The only suggestion I would make is to use velcro instead of sticky tape.
