The crew was very efficient moving product in and getting it installed on roof. They split the tasks up between the three of them and job was accomplished by 1:20. It was amazing how quickly the got the job done. The cleanup afterwards was spotless

The crew arrived on time and were very professional. You could hear the team work, as they would call to one another for panels or other supplies. They were a pleasure to have at our home, very polite, and answer all my questions. I don't believe any could surpass them and their work ethics. What could have been a two day job was accomplished in one. Truly a credit the Castaway's family.

When we needed a new roof and our original installer wouldn't call us back, Castaways' service team came to the rescue! Castaways Energy got me back in the solar game after my original installer ruined my new roof, disavowed any responsibility, and then abandoned me. Castaways gladly came and reinstalled my panels in short order. Then, when my cellular reporting plan expired, they presented my options. Brendan came out and switched it over to Wifi and while doing so found an issue with the original install and repaired it which prevented a future outage. I highly recommend them for all your solar needs.

I HIGHLY recommend Castaway Energy! Not only was their customer service top notch, but their prices were way better than any of the other companies I received quotes from. They were also very knowledgeable and did not try to sell me additional panels or products that I did not need.
