My order somehow opened slightly during shipping and leaked in the packaging. I sent photos and their Customer Service had a new bottle out to me within a few days.

Good selection of hard to find spirits and successfully delivered a special one for me. So all good although their communication on the actual delivery date was vague. Yes, it was being imported but something better than a bot or form letter response without an actual answer, followed by a how did we do survey, would have been appreciated since I wanted it for a special occasion. In the end, they delivered. Thank you.

I got my husband the 25 day Whiskey Advent Calendar for Father's Day. I ordered it on 6/5. After ordering I was a little hesitant after seeing reviews so I reached out to the company making sure they had his gift in stock. They wrote back in less than 24 hours and assured me it was. I asked if the item would arrive before Father's Day in which they reached out to the retailer for verification and to accommodate my request. They confirmed that the order would arrive before Father's Day, in which it arrived on 6/10. Rhyn with the customer service team was great in her communication & the customer service in general was fantastic! I couldn't be more excited for my husband to get this gift, try out all of his new whiskeys since he likes to flavor many new ones, and I highly recommend the company!
