Scotch Sampler Review
The five samples were enough for our tasting but it would have been helpful to include a map showing where the various distilleries were located. Also there was very little difference between the 5 different scotch samples which seemed strange.

CaskCartel is hands down the best. We needed some rare whisky in a short time frame and not only do they have a huge selection, they also have the shortest shipping time of the three businesses I reached out to. Yes, they are more expensive but it's well worth it. Their customer service was outstanding. Something I wanted to emphasize because it doesn't seem to be the norm anymore.

Ordered bottle. I emailed the company about expected shipping time frame because bottle will be coming from overseas. Person was very responsive. They have typical time frame and let me know when it was about to ship. I received shipping confirmation and bottle arrived safely. All good!

Need better shipping tracking
Great service but I wish information was easier to track down. The website directs you to an app called Shop. Shop does not track your order as described. There was no after order tracking until I suddenly got a UPS tracking text message 2 weeks or so later. Because of not getting tracking information, I almost canceled the order thinking it was a scam website.
