Not what I expected. The phone falls out because only a magnet holds it in. The phone case is a tad too thick and makes it difficult to plug the phone in to charge. The wallet is too small in diameter to hold bills without folding. Very unpleased with the product. Shipping doc. , etc. were tossed so I can not return the item. Sad as I was really looking forward to the item. The color is very nice and has a long strap.

The leather case is fine but it's not what I wanted as the wallet is not detachable and only holds 2 cards. I'm attempting a return but getting no response from customer support

In my order I placed, we were to receive screen protectors for an iPhone 17, instead we got them for a 15 Pro. I called and left my phone number as no one answers and I've sent 3 emails to them about this and have never received a response. Had to turn it over to my credit card company to dispute the charge.

This company is unreliable. After a month and a half of waiting for the agreed-upon $40 refund, I haven't received any communication from the company. They ignore my messages except to bombard me with automated emails. Terrible customer service. I will never buy again on this company, it’s a scam.

I am not sure as I am still speaking with support that indicates a U. S. , phone number.

I have yet to receive my phone case and you didn’t answer my email. You mis-represent yourself as a USA product. I couldn’t imagine a worse experience:

The case itself is okay, fits fine, but it shows spots and fingerprints easily. My biggest complaint is that Magsafe DOES NOT work and on top of that when I reached out to customer service I got no response.

I like the product, but the process from ordering to receiving took about three weeks. . I needed the case urgently, or at least within a week, did not realize the supply chain went through China.

Nothing at all as pictured. Received cheap piece of plastic and no response from support to return/refund.

I ordered after I had already bought a new phone so my mistake, so in delay of receiving my order my phone was unprotected. Very happy after recieving the order.

Want to return item and have reached out a week ago and have heard nothing. Poor quality and does not fit well to phone.
