Trying to Return a package and they have not gotten back to me

I ordered a case and even though it was the one pictured it was a different case. It would have cost $20 to send it back and another $25 to get a replacement. What a rip off. Very poor customer service.

Not what I expected. The phone falls out because only a magnet holds it in. The phone case is a tad too thick and makes it difficult to plug the phone in to charge. The wallet is too small in diameter to hold bills without folding. Very unpleased with the product. Shipping doc. , etc. were tossed so I can not return the item. Sad as I was really looking forward to the item. The color is very nice and has a long strap.

The leather case is fine but it's not what I wanted as the wallet is not detachable and only holds 2 cards. I'm attempting a return but getting no response from customer support
