Vermonter here. My old Lightning binding straps had oxydized so badly they just cracked right off last week when I needed them. Even when not cracked they badly cut off toe circulation making long climbs a real concern in deep winter! The Paragon replacement part price is way too high, but they do seem to solve my performance issues, and are quieter. Time will tell on the strap resin oxydization, the straps are annoyingly stiff to handle even at room temperature, too late to tell in full winter conditions.

The ability to buy MSR snowblower parts and replacement bindings is Super convenient ! I had trouble connecting initially- i would like to see an easier path here as finding and following the correct link to service was difficult. But after i made contact the process went seamlessly with great communication throughout the ordering of new Trifit bindings for my 20 y/o ? Denali EVO ascents. Kudos to Mike on the other end of my emails for superior customer service !
