Cascade was great, but Fedex not so much. . . Fedex shipped them directly from Reno to Sacramento. Then they went to OH, then MO, then AZ then Central CA, then Sacramento. To say the least well traveled bindings. . .

It’s annoying that a label is not provided for returns and the customer must pay the full return shipping. I think it cost me $12 to send a pillow back. I’m this day and age of online buying, I would expect more from a company. The purchase side of things was easy though.
