Prompt delivery. But: used unnecessarily large packaging for the small Gravity Works plastic bag. Shipped it in a cardboard box, using kraft paper to fill unneeded box capacity, so used more FedEx truck space than needed . Should have put Gravity Works bag in padded manilla envelope for shipping.

As advertised. Fit on a very old MSR bladder, which I appreciate.
