The delivery/comms etc was really good

Information about delivery was a little confused regarding date of arrival. It was delivered very carefully and im very happy with the unit

Delivery came sooner than I expected and it was a satisfying experience from start to finish.

More communication and explanation on original website when ordering would have been appreciated

Excellent product and service

Highly recommend the furniture is well worth the money ,,had dinning and bedroom furniture strong and sturdy

This is an excellent piece of furniture. The real wood finish is excellent. I would strongly recommend

New shoe cupboard, it’s fantastic, quality wood used and well made. It looks too good to use. Even know they had delivery problems with it, its quality and i have still given 5/5 as its that good.

So far the experience has been excellent- item not yet delivered but due soon and good communication regarding delivery from the company.

Lead time stated at checkout was spot on. Scheduling the delivery was easy once it was in stock. Delivery guys were brilliant, unpacking it, attaching the legs and putting it into the position I wanted. Took away all the rubbish too.

I was kept up to date throughout for lead times and delivery, can not fault the team.

Excellent service and quality

Beautiful furniture. . . . . . . its the nicest furniture I have ever bought and would recommend. Plus everyone is so helpful :)

Have ordered the coffee table

Great company to work with, excellent product

Perfect

Very happy with the product and helpfulness of the guys who delivered and took all the packaging away. It did take a little longer to arrive than we thought, but we are delighted with the unit

Fab

I have received beautiful wood samples, which are really helpful in choose right shade and colour that would match interior with other elements such as paint colour, natural and artificial light effect on the furniture and overall scheme

Came very nicely packed. Very strong fine quality. Will be purchasing here for my new home soon.
