I wanted to buy Made in USA tarp straps rather than made in China crap. found Carolina Tarps web site and called for more info. pleasantly surprised when an actual person answered the phone. She was knowledgeable about their products and answered my questions. received straps sooner than expected and they seem to be very good quality. will gladly order from them again if needed.

The wrong mounting hardware was sent and being pressed for time, I had to run to a hardware store to get the correct bolts. After contacting customer service with my issues, they made everything right and were very apologetic.

Original shipment was missing all of the hardware. The switch we were provided was faulty. Spoke to Carolina tarps and they agreed and sent a replacement. Sent the wrong replacement switch. The product is fine. The service and lack of attention to providing the correct items very frustrating.
