Above and beyond service and easy to work with. Resolved issues fast and the actual part that I needed cost much more due to length to ship and the company worked to lower the cost and since the initial purchase was via Ebay and it did not allow a return that was accepted in my area due to length took care of the problem directely from their business. So appreciate their prompt and direct approach. Would Highly recommend doing business with this company and I will for sure if needing any other parts.

put straps to use as soon as they arrived to hold down tarp over big square hay bales stored outside. since then, we have had several days of high winds (40 - 50 mph) and straps have all been doing their job. would purchase again.

Ever thing fit perfect great people to work with

When I ordered the tarps I was told 7-10 days for delivery. This was 2 weeks before I started cutting rice. I called midway thru the season and was told I wouldn’t get the tarps until November. “No one contacted you?”. I requested a refund as I only had a week or two left of harvest at that time. My tarps showed up a couple weeks after I got done with harvest. The tarps may be fine, but I won’t know until next year. The turnaround time and customer service is the main issue. If I had known I would not have had my tarps until after harvest I definitely would have ordered somewhere else.
