I have a similar experience to the customer below. If you have a good product, your return and refund policies will reflect that. They sent me a return label and noted that they would deduct a $35 return shipping fee. When the refund was processed, they’d charged me a restocking fee and deducted $100 from the return. Why would you feel entitled to $100 for a product that you have in hand (that was unopened and unused), can resell, and that I could not use or keep? Especially a restocking fee that was not communicated to me when discussing the return. They claimed that an email was sent later; low and behold, no such email exists in my inbox, spam, or trash folder. Do not purchase from this company.

I can’t tell you what I like about the mat because I never received it. I kept getting the runaround as far as a response that they write a conference and that and finally. That it was lost in the production line. They stated they would refund my money and then I would still get the mat. Again, I never received the mat and that they would get back to me on Monday after checking with the person responsible. They assured me the mat was sent out on that Friday. But it was not scanned in as to let them know by Wednesday, whether I received it or not. Well, I have not received it and I don’t think I will ever see it so if you’re willing to take a chance that it doesn’t get lost go for it.

With 2 dogs and a high traffic area, I have had terrible luck with rugs, but the bare floor was so uncozy. My Carolina Creek House mat is just what I needed! It looks great and is dog and shoe proof. I am thrilled with my purchase and will likely be back for another for my dining area.

I plan ahead and ordered two XL rugs for a gift. Unfortunately, the recipient hated the texture and thickness of the mats/rugs. I contacted the company to see if I could return them but they would not make an exception since it was well outside of the 60 day return policy. It is informant that I paid $1,048. 50 for two rugs that were beautiful online but less than average in person! Be Careful!! You would think that if they stood behind their product they would take it back since they are still selling them on their website. I can see not taking them back if they were discontinued. They did not offer any credit or incentives for future purchase to offset the $1,000 of wasted money! Seems as if they know the quality is subpar. Never shopping here again.
