Delicious. . . who doesn't love some biscuits and gravy? I usually save this for dinner because its a very filling meal. I always let it sit longer than it says to fully hydrate the meal.

So far so good. Haven’t had to use the meat bags yet but seem well made and very compact.

Overall, the 40L duffle is the right size and function for the field of sailing/racing/jumping last minute. I use it for literally a life support go bag. I used my bag in many environments of salt water and varying temperatures. Once when swinging the pack onto my back the shoulder strap tore from the bag. Luckily it did not compromise the water proof quality so I was able to complete my trip without my gear being affected. That said, I contacted Caribou about getting it repaired. I was pleased to have been granted a replacement because of the nature of the tear. However, Due to product availability in stock it took about 5 months of back and forth communication to finally receive the replacement. Even with this delay, I would recommend this bag for sure. Especially for water related sports. It truly does float! And it stays dry! I would also be patient yet persistent if any warranty repairs are needed. We all know, nothing is indestructible so be diligent about how much gear you pack into and the manor in which it is thrown around during any expeditions. There are many excellent hand holds and straps. I highly recommend using more than one at a time to move the bag as that will ensure a solid grasp and less pressure on one single pressure point especially if you have heavy gear inside. They are rugged but I learned there is a limit. I’m grateful for the warranty repair and have since learned how to better utilize the straps so as to lesson the chance of damage and so far I’m back up and running without any issue.
