I think this company displayed great customer service. There’s a little glitch in the jeweler delivery due to a mixup. They jumped right in to get it rectified and displayed caring and concern. The product alone is an excellent product thank you.

It's not often that I return a baby item that I've purchased over and over again, but this time I ended up buying more than I needed. Carewell responded promptly to my request and, without any questions, immediately issued a refund for the cost of the item (minus the shipping, which I expected). I was prepared to print a return label and send the items back, but Carewell beat me to it by telling me there was no need to return them. Instead, they suggested that I keep or donate the items, recognizing the hassle that returns can be when you have a baby. This level of customer service was completely unexpected and truly appreciated. It's rare to find a company that puts convenience and kindness ahead of making customers go through the return process. I'll definitely continue shopping with Carewell.
