Very nice helpful & knowledgeable. I asked for their opinion about what brand names came across their screen. I had 20 names but I knew nothing about the brand. She & I came up with TOP 5 brand names & I chose 1. After receiving it, I did NOT like the brand. I am so sorry that I did not write down her name. Because I need to call Carewell again for another brand name with better TABS.
